101 Do-Follow Blogs PR 3+
Searching around my computer, I came across this file that I downloaded from DigitalPoint.Okay now I’m not sure if the PR values are 100% as I downloaded this file a few months ago, but nonetheless I do find it to be an extensive and helpful BL building list.
If you find that these are no longer Do-Follow, PR has changed or anything else that I should know – please feel free to comment here and I’ll be sure to review the changes.

Gaining backlinks from all these sites with the correct Anchor text will help wonders with your sites ‘Off-Site’ SEO.
And according to: Djarot.com/blog, getting just 1 PR 6 Do-Follow BackLink to link back to your site, will result in your web page receiving a PR value of 4.
